Bay Dental Brighton is a dental clinic based on honesty and transparency.
We believe in breaking down the ‘smoke and mirrors’ of dentistry, thus we are happy to provide our prices for the most common services we provide.
Please note that each situation is unique, and the prices should be used as a guide only. We recommend an thorough examination before treatment is commenced (particularly major treatment) – that way we can provide a written quote and a more exact estimate of fees.
The fees listed do not include any rebates that can be attained from private health funds. To determine your out of pocket cost it would be necessary to obtain a quote and present this to the health fund who will advise on your level of coverage.

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE EXAMINATION AND SCALE/CLEAN (EXISITING PATIENTS OF BAY DENTAL BRIGHTON)

This includes thorough examination of teeth and soft tissues, cancer screening, scaling and cleaning to remove plaque, calculus and stain and fluoride application.
Bitewing xrays are required every 12-24 months and are an additional $53 each (2 required).

This fee is for the Philips Zoom take home bleaching system. It includes moulds of the teeth to generate custom fitted mouthguard type trays and Zoom Bleach for 2 weeks.

WHITENING / BLEACHING OF TEETH
FILLINGS

At Bay Dental Brighton, we use only the latest and strongest filling materials available. Fees will depend on the size and position of the fillings.
ROOT CANAL WORK (ENDODONTICS)
$1100-$2207
Includes complete root canal treatment from initial management to filling of the root canals. Variation in fees is due to number of roots per tooth (ie. Front tooth with one root compared to a molar with 3 or 4 roots). Please note that a filling or crown is required following root canal treatment and this will be included in a personalised quote.
CROWNS
$1950
This is the standard fee for a dental crown. We employ the services of a high end local dental technician to fabricate a crown or similar restoration.
VENEERS
Composite $450 / tooth
Porcelain $1450 / tooth
Your dentist will discuss the most appropriate material choice for your teeth. For our laboratory made porcelain veneers, we use a local dental technician experienced in creating beautiful, lifelike veneers.
IMPLANTS
Approx. $6000 (single uncomplicated implant)
This includes initial consultation, surgical placement of the implant post (fixture) and placement of the final prosthesis ( crown). Multiple and complex implants are priced and quoted case by case. Our aim is to provide you with a tailored solution to meet your functional requirements and budget.
